WASHINGTON (AP) - One of the stars of “Jurassic World” says he joined a White House campaign against campus sexual assault because what’s happening is “just crazy.”

The year-old campaign is called “It’s On Us” and comedian Jake Johnson says everyone is responsible for stepping in to stop assaults.

Johnson appears in a new public service announcement the White House unveiled Thursday to highlight hundreds of events on college campuses next week to promote the campaign. The White House, which partnered with the comedy website CollegeHumor on the PSA, says an estimated 1 in 5 women will be sexually assaulted before she completes college.

Johnson says anyone who doesn’t intervene when they know a woman is being assaulted is just as bad as the person who is committing the crime.
