LEWISVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Sheriff’s deputies in Forsyth County say a man killed his wife and then killed himself at the woman’s home.

Local media outlets report Chief Deputy Brad Stanley said the sheriff’s office received a call at 7 a.m. Thursday in which neighbors said they heard gunshots.

The sheriff’s office said in a statement that the body of 48-year-old Sabrina Conswayla Rowdy Belcher was found in the driveway of her home. The body of 55-year-old Gerry Oliver Belcher was found in an outbuilding on the property.

The Winston-Salem Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1MLMDP5) Sabrina Belcher had secured a domestic violence restraining order against Gerry Belcher on Monday. The order was served later that day, telling Gerry Belcher he couldn’t be at the house.
