SEATTLE (AP) - A man armed with a machete was arrested during at the end of a march protesting corporate greed in Seattle.

The Seattle Times reports (https://goo.gl/M6fzB6 ) about 50 protesters marched Thursday afternoon from Westlake Park, around downtown and to South Lake Union.

The march marks Guy Fawkes night in England which is the date of Fawkes’ failed 1605 gunpowder plot to blow up the English Parliament.

Amazon warned employees to be aware and not wear Amazon clothing as the protesters made the company a focus.

One of the participants told The Seattle Times they were there for the movement, “part of the 99 percent against the 1 percent.”
