CLEVELAND (AP) - Authorities suspect arson in a Cleveland house fire that left a resident dead.

Firefighters pulled 75-year-old Roma Sparks from the burning home on the city’s west side at around 6 a.m. Thursday. He later died at a nearby hospital.

Authorities say one person is being questioned after telling neighbors and firefighters he set the blaze.

Investigators say the fire started near the front porch and destroyed the home.
