WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - A Williston couple is accused of printing counterfeit money in their apartment.

The Williston Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1kwmgQt ) that 25-year-old Dylan Shank and 23-year-old Brandi Shank were nabbed when they tried to use a fake $100 bill at a fast food restaurant.

The husband and wife each face felony counterfeiting and drug paraphernalia charges, along with a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia count. They could face 11 years in prison if convicted.

The Shanks could enter pleas at a Dec. 17 hearing.

The Associated Press requested comment from Dylan Shank’s attorney. It was not immediately clear if the attorney also is representing Brandi Shank.
