RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Dominion Virginia Power says it’s installing devices on electrical poles at a farm in Henrico County aimed at reducing injuries to bald eagles, herons, ospreys and other large birds.

The company says the devices were being installed Friday at Curles Neck Farm.

Dominion says spaces between power lines on the farm also are being modified as part of the protection plan.
