AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Police in Austin, Texas say they’re reviewing an early Friday morning arrest that was caught on video and appears to show an officer hitting a man with his fist and his knee.

The video shows someone being arrested near Austin’s popular Sixth Street entertainment district.

One officer is heard saying, “Be still,” while the man responds, “OK. I’m down bro.”

Another officer later appears to punch the man’s right arm to get it behind his back.

Officers are also shown arresting another man and a woman who was questioning the officers’ actions.

In a statement, the Austin Police Department says it will review “the incident to determine what led up to the events captured in the video and whether the officer’s actions were in compliance with” department policy.
