PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The operator of a Roseburg medical marijuana dispensary has surrendered the shop’s license after state officials found several violations.

The Oregonian reports (https://goo.gl/U339d ) that Jesse Rogers, who registered CannaKing with the Oregon Health Authority, has agreed to pay $4,000 for eight violations.

According to the agreement, Rogers violated rules related to documentation of inventory and transfers of marijuana. The health authority also found problems with security, product labeling and the storage of marijuana at CannaKing.

Rogers agreed to turn in the license and may apply for another dispensary registration under the terms of the agreement.
