WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police have identified a suspect in a bank robbery earlier this week.

According to WDEL-FM (https://tinyurl.com/nge5hug), police say 46-year-old William Winchester is the man who robbed an M&T; Bank branch on North Union Street on Tuesday. Police say he implied he was armed and a teller handed him some cash.

Police say Winchester is a high-risk sex offender. He now wanted on a charge of first-degree robbery, as well as a probation violation.
