DUNDALK, Md. (AP) - Baltimore County Police say a 4-year-old boy has died after being hit by a tow truck.

Police say they were called to an alley off Jasmine Road in Dundalk Sunday afternoon.

The boy, a pedestrian, was declared dead at the scene. His name was not released.

Police are still investigating the sequence of events but say the boy and the tow truck collided in the alley.

The tow truck driver was not injured.
