BREMERTON, Wash. (AP) - Bremerton Police said Sunday the death of an 87-year—old whose body was found in a town house is a homicide.

The Seattle Times reports (https://is.gd/7lr7BN ) no arrests have been made and police have not released the identity of the victim.

Officers say there were signs of foul play and violence in the man’s town house on Saturday night.

Bremerton Police Chief Steve Strachan says the preliminary investigation indicates this was not likely a random killing.

The State Patrol as well as Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island detectives are assisting with the investigation.
