ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) - South Carolina officials are offering a reward for clues as they search for the killer of four people still on the loose.

Anderson County officials said Sunday they want the public’s help to find who killed a married couple and both their two mothers in a home they shared in Pendleton. Anderson Count Sheriff John Skipper estimated the reward would be between $2,000 and $4,000.

Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore said last week all were shot to death on Nov. 3. He now says they could have been killed the previous day. Pendleton is about 130 miles northwest of Columbia.

Dead are 58-year-old Mike Scott; his wife, 60-year-old Cathy Scott; Mike Scott’s mother, 80-year-old Barbara Scott, 80; and Cathy Scott’s mother, 82-year-old Violet Taylor.
