NANTY GLO, Pa. (AP) - A state police fire marshal is expected to investigate the cause of a fire that burned a western Pennsylvania church.

The First Baptist Church of Nanty Glo held its services as scheduled Sunday at a fire hall around the corner after the blaze tore through the church building earlier in the day.

Pastor Gino Bartoletti says the church will meet at the fire hall again this coming Sunday before holding a meeting to determine a long-term plan for a worship site.

Dozens showed up for Sunday’s service.

Nanty Glo is about 65 miles east of Pittsburgh.
