JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Jaguars receiver Allen Hurns sprained his left foot against the New York Jets and was wearing a walking boot Monday.

Hurns, who caught five passes for 122 yards and a touchdown in the loss, said “it’s kind of tender right now. I’m not sure how it will play out … but it’s going to take an awful lot for me not to be out there. I’ll fight through anything to make sure I’m out there.”

Hurns had an X-ray and a MRI, but neither revealed any serious damage. Hurns says he hurt it on Jacksonville’s final offensive play, an interception.

Hurns has a touchdown reception in six consecutive games, a franchise record. A second-year pro from Miami, Hurns has 36 catches for 635 yards and six scores this season.
