FARMINGTON, N.M. (AP) - Authorities in New Mexico are looking for the person who stole a 10-foot-by-14-foot wooden shed in October.

The Farmington Daily Times reports (https://bit.ly/1kC6OCk ) that San Juan County sheriff’s Office Sgt. Candice Montoya said Friday that track marks near the shed suggest someone backed a trailer up and loaded the shed on to it.

It disappeared sometime between Oct. 5 and Oct. 12.

Montoya says the shed might not have an attached foundation but would still require a trailer and winch to move.

She says the owner suspects a former tenant might have sold the shed. The structure is valued between $2,500 and $5,000. Sheriff’s deputies haven’t been able to find the person for questioning.
