WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Three men have been found guilty in the shooting death of a 22-year-old suburban Detroit man during a robbery.

Waterford Township police say Blake Marcum, Terrence Bunting and Donald Davis were convicted Thursday by an Oakland County jury of murder, armed robbery and gun charges.

Jacob Hershberger was slain last November. Hershberger awoke to find the men in his apartment northwest of Detroit. Police say Marcum shot him as Hershberger wrestled with Bunting over a gun. Davis is accused of helping Bunting climb a balcony to get into the apartment.

They will be sentenced Nov. 10.
