CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Parts of eastern West Virginia are under a flash flood watch as heavy rains move into the region.

The National Weather Service issued the watch for Grant, Hardy and Pendleton counties from Friday morning through Saturday evening.

The weather service says 2 to 4 inches are expected on already saturated ground.
