PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police say they’ve found the decomposing body of a stabbing victim found wrapped in a blanket and a tarp.

The unidentified man’s body was found about 6 p.m. Wednesday under and overpass in the city’s West Kensington neighborhood.

Police say the man’s feet were exposed, but he was otherwise wrapped in the coverings.

Police believe the man was in his 30s. They say he’d been stabbed several times in the neck.

Police haven’t released his name or said whether they have any suspects.
