KENT, Wash. (AP) - Police say a man was shot to death in his car at a Target shopping center parking lot in Kent.

Investigators identified the victim as a 23-year-old from Kent. Police say there appears to have been a confrontation between the man and the driver of another vehicle.

Witnesses reported that the other driver fired shots just before 7 p.m. Wednesday and immediately fled in a late 1980s or early 1990s white or silver Toyota Corolla, and that there appeared to be one other person in the car.

Police say they do not have a description of the people in the suspect vehicle.
