TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A Tucson airport is getting full body scanners by this holiday season.

The Arizona Daily Star reports (https://bit.ly/1OJSunW) travelers passing through Tucson International Airport have avoided full body scans.

U.S. Transportation Security Administration spokeswoman Lorie Dankers says employees will be trained with systems up and running by November or December.

Other airport changes are expected to be completed in 2017.
