SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - A 23-year-old man is charged with first-degree murder in an Ogden shooting death.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1GC7OLB) Isaac Daniel Duran was also charged Friday with a felony weapons offense and two felony counts of discharging a firearm.

Charging documents say surveillance video shows Steven Carroll Ferguson running to his vehicle in February as another man fired a weapon at him. Ferguson’s body was found next to his car.

Witnesses reported seeing Duran in an alley after they heard the gunshots. Blood in the alleyway has been identified as Duran’s, and a gun found nearby had four spent casings that matched ammunition in his home.

It’s unclear whether Duran has a lawyer. He is expected in court Tuesday.
