FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - The medical examiner’s office has ruled the deaths of two people found shot to death in a fast food restaurant parking lot in Fort Worth as a murder-suicide.

Fort Worth police say that on Friday evening two people were found dead in the parking lot of a Wendy’s restaurant.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner has ruled the death of 34-year-old Gracie Enriquez as murder, and the death of 36-year-old Erwin Butler as suicide.

WFAA-TV (https://bit.ly/1GD5jbR ) reports that Enriquez’s family said Butler was Enriquez’s estranged husband.

Enriquez’s cousin, Didi Hernandez, tells the television station that Enriquez was someone who would make people smile. She says Enriquez “was always laughing.”

Hernandez says she was devastated after finding found out what happened.
