WASHINGTON (AP) - Metropolitan police are asking for the public’s help in locating and identifying a suspect in an alleged sexual assault in the 3500 block of Macomb Street, Northwest.

Police say the woman entered a four-door silver sedan shortly before 4 a.m. Saturday after mistaking the vehicle as an Uber car.

Police say the driver then produced a knife and sexually assaulted the woman, who was able to escape without further injury.

The suspect is described as being in his early thirties, with black curly hair.
