WEYMOUTH, Mass. (AP) - Police have arrested a man in connection with two car crashes in Massachusetts that left a 29-year-old Boston man dead.

Police say the 29-year-old, who police have not yet identified, was pronounced dead at South Shore Hospital after a car in which he was a passenger crashed into a utility pole around late Saturday night in Weymouth. Two other passengers were also hospitalized with injuries

Police say the 30-year-old Boston man who was driving the car was charged with motor vehicle homicide, marked lanes violations and speeding. He is being held on a $25,000 bail.

The accident is under investigation.
