KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) - A Kalispell man has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting two girls under the age of 5 as they played in a park.

The Daily Inter Lake reports (https://bit.ly/1RD3nXc ) the children identified 26-year-old Christopher Andrew Malson from a photo lineup.

He appeared in court Thursday and is being held on $85,000 bail. A trial has been set for Jan. 4.

Malson is accused of assaulting the girls in August. He was released from jail in January on $2,000 bail after being charged with indecent exposure in which he allegedly exposed himself to children.
