SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say a dead body found in a field in Sierra Vista has been identified.

Sierra Vista police say a bicyclist discovered the body of 61-year-old David Louis Weisberg on Monday morning.

They say the body was found in a field near the intersection of Jean Randle Way and Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.

Police say Weisberg lived in Sierra Vista.

They say an initial investigation conducted at the scene didn’t find any evidence of criminal activity.

Detectives from the Sierra Vista Police Department’s Special Operations Bureau are investigating the death.

The Pima County Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy within the next few days.
