CLIFTON, N.J. (AP) - Relatives and a business owner are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a driver who struck and critically injured a Montclair State University student.

Anna Semioli of Moonachie was struck while walking on Route 46 in Clifton early Friday.

Her older sister, Gina, tells The Record (https://bit.ly/1QjpkJP ) newspaper the 22-year-old is in very critical condition at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson.
