PITTSBURGH (AP) - One of three suspects in a Pittsburgh home invasion was fatally shot after a struggle for his weapon, and police were questioning three other people inside the home at the time.

Police spokeswoman Sonya Toler says the men entered the home in the city’s Mount Washington neighborhood about 10:05 p.m. Monday.

A 35-year-old city man, Leonard Penn, was fatally shot. That happened after a gun was taken away from one of the suspects.

Police say three people were in the home when the break-in occurred. They’ve been taken in for questioning, but police haven’t charged or arrested anyone.
