LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) - Police in a central Pennsylvania city say they’ve arrested a 13-year-old boy with a loaded, stolen handgun after stopping him for a curfew violation.

LNP (https://bit.ly/1VO4LvO ) reports the boy has been taken to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center on charges of receiving stolen property, carrying firearm without a license, possessing a firearm as a juvenile and the curfew violation.

The boy’s name isn’t being released because he’s being charged through the juvenile court system.

Police say the boy was arrested about 3 a.m. Saturday by two officers who stopped the boy and two others for curfew violations.

The gun was a .380-caliber pistol.
