BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a man whose body was pulled from a lake near Boulder.

The Daily Camera reports (https://goo.gl/LGPXuz ) 58-year-old Jesus Madrid, of Boulder, was trying to swim across Marshall Lake on Saturday afternoon when he disappeared under the water and wasn’t seen for six or seven minutes. Boaters found the man and pulled him from the water, but he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

The Boulder County coroner’s office has not released a cause or manner of death, but sheriff’s investigators believe it was an accident.
