TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Toledo Police have identified the man who fatally shot an unruly bar patron after he reportedly fired his own weapon following a disagreement over smoking cigarettes inside the establishment.

The Blade newspaper reports (https://bit.ly/1G2tRjR ) police say 46-year-old Anthony Henderson shot 21-year-old Keshawn Groom at the Spigot Bar in Toledo on Oct. 1.

Officials say a confrontational Groom was removed from the bar. He returned moments later and discharged a firearm.

Police say Groom shot Henderson in the leg and grazed a woman in the back.

Henderson, a Spigot employee, returned fire and struck Groom in his upper right chest and left arm. Groom was pronounced dead at an area hospital.

Authorities are investigating if the shooting was justified. No charges have been filed.

Henderson declined requests for comment.
