ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Two men have been indicted on murder and weapons charges in connection with the fatal shooting of three people and the wounding of four others outside a Rochester youth center last summer.

A Monroe County grand jury has indicted Johnny Blackshell and Jalen Everett on first-degree murder charges and assault and weapons charges in connection with the Aug. 19 shooting in front of the Boys & Girls Club on Genesee Street.

Police say the 21-year-old Blackshell used a stolen assault rifle to fire into a crowd leaving an evening basketball game. He was charged in the shooting in mid-September.

The 20-year-old Everett was arrested late last month at the Buffalo airport. Authorities say he was attempting to leave the state.
