Valley City's tap water named best-tasting in contest

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) - If you want good-tasting water, head to Valley City.

Valley City’s tap water was named best-tasting in a contest at the 87th annual North Dakota Water and Pollution Control Conference in Bismarck.

KOVC radio reports that Valley City’s water beat out samples from Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks, Lisbon, Mayville and Wahpeton.

Fargo won top honors last year.
