JUPITER, Fla. (AP) - Officials at a wildlife center in Jupiter say someone has stolen one of their baby alligators.

Busch Wildlife officials say they saw a hole cut into the alligator enclosure earlier this week. Executive Director David Hitzig told West Palm Beach’s WPBF (https://tinyurl.com/p4yq7aw ) that a similar incident had previously happened at the baby turtle enclosure. The turtles were eventually returned.

The center suspects the same culprit may be responsible for both incidents.
