LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Wildlife officials are asking for the public’s help finding whoever illegally killed two bull elk northeast of Laramie.

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department said Friday the elk were shot on private land off Rogers Canyon Road sometime between Oct. 21 and Oct. 24. Meat was taken from one animal, and the other remained untouched.

Investigators say informants can remain anonymous and might be eligible for a reward.
