DECATUR, Ga. (AP) - Police say two people have been arrested for setting an apartment on fire that killed a man in suburban Atlanta last week.

Local news media reported Friday that Melvin Griffin and Jasmine Locket were arrested and charged with felony murder and arson in the death of 37-year-old Tony Hubert. The fire occurred Oct. 21 at in DeKalb County.

Fire Capt. Eric Jackson says Hubert was found dead in a second-floor room where officials believe the fire started. Jackson says a woman who jumped from the burning two-story brick building was taken to a local hospital.
