BEEBE, Ark. (AP) - Three finalists for chancellor of the Arkansas State University-Beebe campus have been invited to interview for the post.

The three are executive vice president and Provost Michael DeLong at Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock; Vice President of Academics Karla Fisher at Butler Community College in El Dorado, Kansas; and vice president of academics and Chief Academic Officer Ted Lewis of Pellissippi State Community College in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The three will meet with the Chancellor Search Advisory Committee on separate dates in November.

The committee is seeking a replacement for Chancellor Eugene McKay, who is retiring in January.

ASU System President Charles Welch has said he hopes to have the new chancellor selected by Jan. 1.
