POWDER SPRINGS, Ga. (AP) - A Cobb County grand jury has indicted three people in the deaths of a young couple found shot in their car in Powder Springs.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (https://on-ajc.com/1jWgFTD) Roy Hicks, Demarco Thomas and Raymond Webb were indicted in the double killing.

The Oct. 22 indictment alleges that Hicks killed Anthony and Catherine Costner on Aug. 6. Their young daughter was found unharmed in the car’s back seat. He was indicted on 14 charges, including malice murder and felony murder.

Thomas and Webb were each indicted on two counts of concealing a death, hindering the apprehension of a criminal and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s controlled substance act.

All three men are being held without bond. It isn’t clear if any of the suspects have an attorney.
