MAGNOLIA, Del. (AP) - Police have confiscated 12 marijuana plants and 1.4 pounds of packaged pot from the home of a man living in the Magnolia area.

Law enforcement officials tell media outlets that Kent County task forces partnered with the DEA Diversion Unit Thursday to raid the home of 54-year-old Bruce E. Hufnal Jr. Officers found what they called a sophisticated indoor growth operation spanning two rooms that included growing lights and a ventilation system.

Hufnal has been charged with manufacturing of a controlled substance-marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hufnal has been released on bond. There’s no word if he has a lawyer.
