NEW YORK (AP) - A 36-year-old Queens man has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges after hundreds of images of children being sexually abused were found on his computer.

Queens District Attorney Richard Brown says Gabriel Aaron pleaded guilty on Thursday to promoting a sexual performance of a child.

Prosecutors say Aaron used a photo-sharing account to upload files containing child pornography in July 2013.

Google flagged the images and filed a report with the CyberTipLine operated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

A search warrant was executed at Aaron’s home on Oct. 1, 2013 and an examination of his computer recovered hundreds of videos and images of children being sexually abused.

Aaron faces a sentence of one to three years in prison. Sentencing is set for Jan. 12.
