SEATAC, Wash. (AP) - King County Sheriff’s Office detectives say a man seen running from a fatal shooting near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport was a second shooting victim.

Deputies were called to the scene northwest of the airport on Thursday and found one man on the ground, dead from an apparent gunshot wound. The Seattle Times reports (https://goo.gl/pKGOp2 ) the man killed was 28-year-old Andrae Medina-Wong.

Deputies were told that another man ran from the scene and a sheriff department’s helicopter found the man in a wooded area nearby.

Sgt. Cindi West says witnesses told detectives that the victims’ car was driving east when someone in another car opened fire. The driver was shot but the passenger fled.

Detectives say both victims are from the Federal Way area and are in their mid-20s.

The shooter remains at large.
