RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Southwest Airlines is eliminating nonstop flights from Richmond International Airport to Orlando, Florida.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/1LEd6KU) reports the direct flights will end next April. The airline will retain three flights from Richmond to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Richmond airport spokesman Troy Bell says the cuts are part of the company’s overall flight restructuring.

The change would leave JetBlue as the only airline with a direct flight from Richmond to Orlando.
