PITTSBURGH (AP) - A western Pennsylvania man has been charged in the shooting death of another man a day after authorities say that person was present at another shooting involving the defendant.

Twenty-year-old Lucas Guggenheimer is charged with homicide and a firearms crime in Allegheny County in the Oct. 11 shooting death of 28-year-old Justin Granda in the Arlington neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

Police allege that Granda was with Guggenheimer in another shooting the day before during a robbery in Turtle Creek. Investigators allege that Granda fled after another man was shot in the leg while struggling with Guggenheimer over a gun. Authorities allege that Guggenheimer shot and killed Granda the following day.

Court documents don’t list an attorney who could respond to the charges; a listed number for Guggenheimer couldn’t be found Saturday.
