OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma’s Gabbi Ortiz and Oklahoma State’s Brittney Martin have been selected to the preseason All-Big 12 women’s basketball team.

The conference announced the six-member team Wednesday after voting by the league’s head coaches. There are six members because of a tie in the voting.

Ortiz is a sophomore and was selected Big 12 Freshman of the Year last season. Martin is a senior and was All-Big 12 first team last season.

Other members of the first team are preseason Player of the Year Nina Davis of Baylor; Alexis Jones of Baylor; Zahna Medley of TCU and Bria Holmes of West Virginia.
