HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. (AP) - Two men have been arrested in a deadly home invasion near Philadelphia.

Prosecutors said Thursday they’ve charged 20-year-olds Desmond Smith and Naadir Abdul-Ali with murder in connection with the Sept. 27 incident in Lower Moreland Township.

They are jailed without bail. Online court records didn’t list lawyers to comment on the charges.

Police officers found 53-year-old Kevin Brown on the front lawn of his home with a gunshot wound to his neck.

He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Prosecutors say a U.S. Marshals fugitive task force arrested Smith Oct. 2 at his home in Philadelphia.

They say Lower Moreland police and Montgomery County detectives tracked Abdul-Ali down on Wednesday.
