BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. (AP) - Hancock County Chief Deputy Don Bass says Radar, the police bloodhound that went missing two weeks ago, has been found.

Bass tells The Sun Herald () he’s alive and well.

On Tuesday, Radar was spotted in the backyard of a residence in Pearl River County near where he went missing.

Deputies conducted a search Wednesday and recovered Radar.

Bass said Radar appeared to be in good health, but he would be taken to a veterinarian for an evaluation.
