PITTSBURGH (AP) - A woman has been jailed on charges she pretended to be a Pittsburgh high school student to gain entrance, then assaulted a principal and security guard.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 18-year-old Corial (kor-ee-AL’) Littlejohn, who faces a preliminary hearing Oct. 20 on charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, criminal trespass and falsely identifying herself to law enforcement.

Pittsburgh Public Schools officials say Littlejohn walked into Perry Traditional Academy Thursday morning and claimed to be headed to class. A security officer who didn’t recognize Littlejohn escorted her to the classroom, where the teacher said he’d never seen her before.

School officials say that’s when Littlejohn shoved an assistant principal then scuffled with a security guard, punching him several times in the face.

School officials don’t know why Littlejohn tried to enter the classroom.
