MASON CITY, Iowa (AP) - A Clear Lake man has pleaded guilty to a second offense of failing to comply with sex offender registry requirements.

The Globe Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1MhZZfY ) that 32-year-old Justin Moor will be sentenced Nov. 25 in Cerro Gordo County District Court in Mason City.

Prosecutors say that in February, Moor failed to register a change in employment within five days of losing his job.

Moor was found guilty of second-degree sexual abuse in Hardin County in 2000.
