NEW YORK (AP) - Two suspects who allegedly fired at an unmarked police car in Brooklyn have been arrested.

A third suspect, who was shot in the leg, was apprehended following the shooting Wednesday night.

Police say the suspects fired at the unmarked police car as it drove past them. Police were attempting to investigate an argument the suspects were having with each other.

The car was hit several times but missed the three officers inside.

Police say the officers returned fire at the fleeing suspects, striking one of them in the leg.

The other suspects fled and were captured Thursday morning.

Police say they found a .45-caliber gun under a nearby car.
