GASTONIA, N.C. (AP) - Police in Gastonia say a woman driving in circles at an intersection rammed two police cars and hit two other cars before her vehicle overturned and rolled down an embankment.

Capt. Rodney Aldridge told local news reporters that officers were called after the woman was seen driving erratically. Aldridge said when an officer arrived, the woman stopped. When the officer asked for her name, Aldridge said she replied “Faith, hope and love.”

After hitting the police car Thursday, the woman continued to drive in circles before hitting a second police car and two civilian cars. Police said the woman’s car then went out of control. No injuries were reported.

The woman was taken to Caromont Regional Medical Center to be checked out by doctors. Her identity has not been released.
